Leave Tel Aviv - via Ashdod - Ashkelon - Beersheba. A short visit to the Negev capital. Continue via Arad to Massada. Ascend by cable car to the fortress, which was the last stronghold of the Jewish Zealots in their war against the Romans. Visit the excavations, Herod’s palaces, the synagogue, bathhouse, etc. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Roman camps and the Dead Sea. Descend for a possible “float” in the in the salty water of the world’s lowest place. Via Ein Gedi & Kalya, proceed to Jerusalem for overnight.

TUESDAY - Jerusalem - sightseeing of the new city
Drive to Mt’ Scopus for a panoramic view of Jerusalem. On to the Garden of Gethsemane and Church of the Agony. Drive to Mt’ Zion for a visit to the tomb of King David, the Room of the Last Supper and Dormition Abbey. Sightseeing in the new city including the Israel Museum’s Shrine of the Book with the famous Dead Sea scrolls, new Supreme Court bldg. Mt’ Herzl and Yad Vashem (the memorial to the six million Jews who were killed in the Holocaust). Then visit the model of the Herodian city of Jerusalem dating back to the time of the Second Temple. Afternoon visit of the Hadassah medical center in the synagogue with Marc Chagall stained glass windows, then via Ein Karem (the birth place of John the Baptist). Return to Hotel.

WEDNESDAY - Jerusalem - ( Old City) – Bethlehem*
Walk through one of the Gates to the walled Old City: the renewed Jewish Quarter; the Western Wall, the Temple area; the colorful bazaars; Via Dolorosa, and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Continue to Bethlehem* to visit Rachel’s Tomb and the Church of the Nativity and return to Jerusalem for overnight.

THURSDAY - Jericho* - Tiberias - Galilee
Leave Jerusalem, driving via Bethany to Jericho*, the oldest city in the world. Visit the excavations and then continue northward via Jordan Valley and the new settlements to Beit Shean. After a short visit proceed to Tiberias, the old center of Jewish learning. Drive along the shores of the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum to visit the ruins of the ancient synagogue. Continue to a Kibbutz hotel for overnight.

FRIDAY - Upper Galilee and Golan Heights - Nazareth
Drive to the Golan Heights. Visit the former Syrian fortifications, Birkat Ram, and the Druze villages, Via Banias, source of the Jordan River. Proceed via Kiryat Shmone and the Hula Valley to Safed, city of the Kabala, to visit synagogue and the artists’ colony and then to Nazareth to visit the Christian Holy Sites. Return to the Kibbutz hotel for overnight.

SATURDAY - Acre - Haifa - Tel Aviv
After Breakfast drive west to Acre for a visit of the old, famous Crusader stronghold and medieval fortifications. Continue to Haifa, sightseeing tour of Haifa, including the Bahai Shrine, Persian Garden and Mount Carmel for a panoramic view of the city. Proceed southwards to Caesarea to visit the Roman theater and the Crusader fortress. Continue south for a short city tour of Tel Aviv-Jaffa and to hotel for overnight.

SATURDAY - Nazareth-Upper Galilee and Golan Heights

Jordan Highlights 1:

3 Days / 2 Nights tour - Departs every Sunday from Tel Aviv - Jerusalem.

1st Day : Sh. Hussein Bridge or ( Allenby Bridge) - Jerash - Amman.
Drive from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem to the border crossing procedures to enter Jordan.
Proceed to Jerash - city of the Decapolis, located about 45Km North of Amman in the fertile heights of the Gilead, visit the ancient Roman city with colonnaded streets, the ancient theater, the baths, the hilltop Temple, the triumphal arch. Then drive to Amman for a city tour of the Jordanian Capital. Overnight in Amman.

2nd Day : Amman - Petra - Amman
After early breakfast, leave the hotel and travel south on the road to Wadi Musa. Then on horseback to the "Siq" (canyon) and then on foot to Petra known as "Sela Edom" or red rock city, the ancient capital of the Nabateans from 3rd century B.C. to 2nd Century A.D. Visit the most interesting monuments, such as the Treasury, El Khazneh (a tomb of a Nabatean king) then the field of tombs, obelisks, the altar, (Al Madhbah) from this point you can view the whole of the rock city, then back to Wadi Musa village and drive back to Amman for overnight.

3rd Day : Amman - Madaba - Mount Nebo - Jerusalem - Tel Aviv
Drive to Madaba to see the ancient mosaic map of the Holyland and ruins of historical sites. Continue about 10Kms. to Mount Nebo, from where Moses viewed the promised land. From there you will see the Jordan Valley, Jericho Dead Sea, etc. Visit the remains of a Byzantine church with a mosaic floor, then drive to the border and to Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.

4 Days / 3 Nights tour - Departs every Thursday from Tel Aviv - Jerusalem.

1st Day : Sh. Hussein Bridge or ( Allenby Bridge) - Jerash - Amman.
Day 1 is the same itinerary as per Highlights 1 tour above.

2nd Day : Amman - Madaba - Mt Nebo - Shobak - Petra
After breakfast drive to Madaba to see the ancient mosaic map of the Holyland & ruins of historical sites. Continue about 10Km, to Mount Nebo, from where Moses viewed the Promised Land. From there you will see the Jordan Valley, Jericho, Dead Sea etc. Visit the remains of the Byzantine church with a mosaic floor, proceed via the crisaders castle - Shobak, to Wadi Mussa, the modern village of Petra for overnight.

3rd Day : Petra - Amman
After breakfast, leave the hotel and ride on a horseback to the "Siq" (Canyon). from there on foot to Petra known as "Sela Edom" or red rock city, the ancient capital of the Nabateans from 3rd Century BC to 2nd Century AD. Visit the most interesting carved monuments such as the Treasure (El Khazneh - a tomb of a Nabatean king) then the field of tombs, obelisks, the altar etc. From this point you can view the whole of the rock city. After the visit leave Petra and drive back to Amman.

4th Day : Amman - Allenby Bridge - Jerusalem - Tel Aviv
After breakfast, leave the hotel and drive to Allenby Bridge. Cross the Jordan River and drive back to Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Jordan Highlights 3:
1 Day tour - Departs daily from Eilat.
Leave EILAT in the morning, cross the Arava border and drive to PETRA, through the scenic Jordanian desert, past the Wadi Rum area, where Lawrence of Arabia once lived and fought with the Bedouin. Enter the Rose City of PETRA through the Siq, a narrow passage through the mountains which has inspired awe for centuries - up to the treasury which suddenly appears at the end of the gorge, leaving the visitors breath-taken by it's size, colour and beauty. Continue into the heart of this ancient city carved into the mountains, passing hundreds of tombs and monuments and a spectacular Amphitheatre which once held 3,000 spectators. After our visit to PETRA, a stop for a sit-down lunch, followed by a visit to Moses Spring before leaving Wadi Moussa (the new town of Petra). We drive to Aqaba for a short city tour, return to the Arava border and back to Eilat.
